Tamer holds a Master Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Also, he is a National Expert by JICA, Certified Sales Trainer (CST) and Sales Guru from Sales Professional Society. Working as Al-Bireh Municipality Assistant Manager, Tamer is also working as a freelance consultant and trainer, through which he engaged in different assignments for number of organizations. Tamer has worked as the Training and Programs Manager for the Palestinian Banking Institute from July 2011 to end of June 2022. Before that, he worked for more than 10 years in Banking Industry- banking operations and working procedures.
